Strategic Plan (2026 to 2028)
2026 marks the beginning of our new strategic plan (2026 to 2028). This plan continues to center community input and includes refreshed strategic directions and goals to guide the system’s activities moving forward.
CTLS Impact Report (2022 to 2025)
From 2022 to 2025, the Cheltenham Township Library System implemented and followed a new Strategic Plan with the goals of building community, enriching lives, and ensuring sustainability. Each goal included initiatives and projects designed with one vision in mind – to be enriching, engaging, and inclusive. We listened to you and worked to align our services with the evolving needs of our community, striving to be welcoming and comfortable community spaces for all. This report includes the highlights of that work, along with some other details to help you get to know us better.
